Our catering teams provide food services throughout the school day, depending on individual school needs. A catering assistant’s role includes food preparation, presentation and service, operating till points and keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy.

A chef’s role includes food preparation (following recipes and food safety instructions provided by IFG), as well as counter setup, customer service and engagement.

A chef manager’s role includes managing a busy catering team, food preparation, counter setup and service, client relationship building, customer engagement and finance management (including stock, orders and profit and loss).

This includes central support chefs, business support managers, operations managers and regional operation directors. 

We're based in Woking, we have a centralised function of HR, payroll, IT, finance, business support team and marketing. We offer a range of hybrid based and office roles.
